Absolutely, Many schools especially secondary schools feel they havent got the time or even the resource to deal with this kind of illness. OCD is sometimes mistakenly branded for being a habit or an exaggeration.

OCD is obsessive behaviours, and from what youve said it doesnt sound like you. Because youve got and ED I think thats where the anxiety is coming from and making you stress out even more, especially now that others are getting involved....
