Default depression - it's hard to live with

yes - sorry it's me again. i think that the depression and lonliness that accompanies ocd , is worse than the ocd itself , i can sort of live with the ocd , but the depression - that is hard to live with . anyone got any tips...

Crickey tips for depression, I wish. My son got very low last year due to his oCD and teachers bullying him, calling him names, one even told him his Deceased parents were watching him which scared the pants off him. He finally awoke screaming his teacher's name saying ...

I am really lost and confused right now...but I think I may have depression...I have been like this for awhile....and things are not getting better but worse...I dont know what to do anymore...I think what used to be grief...has now spiraled into depression...Whats the diffe...

I am not a doctor, just sharing my personal experience as I have had depressions and anxiety for sometime. The best way to get over anxiety and depression is to take a break from your regular schedule, go out, and take good sleep. This helps in clearing the mind and try cons...

is lexapro an anxiety or depression medicine? i do have a family member with severe anxiety but i am not sure if lexapro is right for him since i have read that mainly its about depression, also does it improve ones life anxiety-free wise?...
